Before we blame him, we need to confirm Gordon's involvement, if any, in a management capacity at Phoenix during their last year or two.

I believe you'll find he was not involved in a management capacity. He was on, and I am led to believe may still be on the board, and I would like to know more about that. But as far as his responsibility in a management capacity, I am relatively sure he was gone from Phoenix long before a decision to go Chapter 11 was made by Soros's people.

Soros's continued interest in Phoenix and additional $20,000,000 investment in Phoenix after the declared chapter 11 would be of substantially greater interest to me if I was a shareholder who sold out dirt cheap to the bankruptcy of Phoenix.

Shareholders who stayed strong and didn't sell appear to be on the verge of reaping a humongous profit.

That's where my interest is.
