cnbc just covered the pc europe sales article posted earlier, saying, "maybe the pc industry growth will continue..."

cpq up cuz of reduced inventories, gtw who knows, wcom and intc cuz they are cheap solid stocks, and dell will catch up if the market goes up...it won't go much higher in a flat to down market...people are afraid. also many assume lower dell prices means lower bottom line...cuz they don't look at component prices.

all this good pc industry news will well up and help dell once the momentum comes back to it.

p.s. how 'bout that...a pop in dell just after the cnbc report
btw, forgive me if this has been covered before, but has anyone considered cpq's competitive advantage of manufacturing?? haven't compared with dell's model and would like to at some point. Thanks, GR
