The corporate data business is where Puma has wanted to be.
With this acquisition of Softmajic, this goal should be realized,
although it will take some time to implement and get the game plan
rolling. I think that the drop in price is related to the purchase, in their
press, it was stated that Puma will take a one time charge against
earnings. I had hoped that people would realize that this is just that
a (ONE TIME CHARGE), however I guess the market is too short
sighted, as usual. I do wish I would have waited just one more day
before adding to my position, could have saved almost 1.00. Maybe
next time.
