I'm drafting the letter to Judge Farnan, would one of you learned posters mind listing the important facts and issues so I don't leave anything out.
Van, you stated "If the Judge rules that common stock shareholders must be given compensation in
Chapter 11, then maybe you will be able to regain some of your $40,000. I hope so." Would this only apply to current shareholders or anyone who sold after a specified date?
