CHES!!! URGENT INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Afternoon ,
I recieved a call back from the gentleman at a company that deals with reverse mergers. He said that CHES is basically a worthless shell. It has not been, or considered for a reverse merger. He said the shell has too many liabilities to be considered for a reverse merger. People, I'm trying to be as honest as I can here. I still can't understand why the accumulation has been so great. What we need to do is organizesomething so that we can all get out of this thing without losing a tremendous amount of money. What is the best way to do this??? What should be our next step??
Again, CHES is worthless and will never be a candidate for a reverse merger, we need to sell before CHES is either delisted or goes down to microscopic levels.
