CWEI is moving up--heavy volume, 82.9K at 10:35 EST; there have been three buys of 10K already--CWEI is at 15 3/4. The last 10K buy was at 15 3/4. Looking very good!!! You may have noticed, the volume has been creeping up the last three days.
