Hi Paul and others:

My 2 cents on the CC: timely P-MP deployment will be
really needed for WCII to hit several of its targets in
the next 18 months. The roof rights target for 99 is
very challenging (doubling from 4K in late 98 to 8K
in late 99).

Concerning the P-MP vendor announcement 2 weeks from
now, since WCII has already agreements with NT and
PCMS/Siemens, the only remaining possibilities are
LU or Bosch Telecom. LU may be eager to score some successes
in this market (the $25M deal with ARTT was extremely
agrressive, given ARTT's financial condition).

Otherwise, WCII is doing fine. If we can find a way of
going through the next 9 to 12 months without major
bad news, we will be in outstanding shape.
