So you are telling me that Jack is going to be able to squeeze say $100M in assets out of some guys with a $13M cap company that they own 70% of? Regardless of his alleged proxy, he better think of a way to get it out of them in the three year time frame, before they void any action that he might bring in the courts. I like their side of it in a fight.
