That makes sense.

Monica is believable about the sex because of all the corroboration.

Monica is not believable if she maintains that Clinton didn't ask her to lie (in so many words), that she wrote the "talking points" w/o WH help or that the WH did not try to get her jobs.

Monica will still lie wherever she can to protect Clinton.
