oh BTW,

If and when DAIN has his fill of buying and covering, First Boston is waiting in line at 5 7/8 and of course BEST will gladly be willing to cover at 5 7/8 since he has probably over a million shares shorted at about 6 1/2.

Anyone here want to sell your shares to Bayer Sterns for 5 7/8 so he can buy back Vivus shares for 5/8 more than he sold them for last month?
