When buyers return to this market, they are buying on a relative valuation basis.

Some study came out this am saying that PC growth in Europe was greater than expected. Hence the pop in GTW and CPQ since the market perceives they have the best relative valuation in the sector. The market does not have the same perception for DELL, and cannot form such a perception until earnings and forward guidance are out.
