No one commenting on the Y2K for PCs article in USA Today? Page 6B: "Y2K bug spawns host of cures--Solutions crawls out of woodwork." Many products were mentioned, but not Planet City...

Folks, you read this article and you really get a sense that Planet City is not the only bird in the tree. But I wonder how many of these other companies have a web page with a "FAQ" button that actually works as opposed to Planet City's pathetic:

"We've been so overwhelmed with questions about the year 2000 that our
FAQ grew too quickly. Right now the FAQ is being streamlined, and it will be available again in a more comprehensive format."

(Seeing is believing: millenniumbugkit.com

That message has been there for weeks!! And it's so unbelievable anyway, that it's an affront to the intellect. Given that ISP news is on hold, is there really an excuse for not showing improvements in their web page?

This company is not impressing me.
