Gus, From 1992 10k.... "The substantial increase in royalties from 1990 to 1991 resulted from the settlement of patent litigation and from other negogiated settlements related to sales of products by licensees in the past, as well as the prepayment of minimum level of royalty for future periods..." It is my belief from my rembrance of the NHI Reorg document that the prepayments were through 1998, so that beginning 1999 Ampex should start receiving full payments..
