Dear George: I dont know, from where I sit it seems to me that if IBM were able to acquire SUNW even at a significant premium (which I believe it would take) it would be a great deal for IBM. Would put fire into their program. Plus, remember for whatever reasons SUNW has histoically sold for a low multiple compared to say IBM so once its in the fold, SUNW's earnings on IBM'S financials would immediately jump the price. IMHO. JDN
