I have just had a chance to read the letter from Sid and all the posts regarding the letter. The sentence in the letter which most concerns me is found in the fourth paragraph of the first page:

"Representatives from the various laboratories and Naxos technical personnel continue to scrutinize the analysis of the higher grade samples from Franklin Lake that Ledoux & Company reported."

Why is the scrutiny focused on Ledoux's higher numbers? Why is the scrutiny not focused on the lower numbers from the other labs? It seems to me that Naxos and Ledoux should be focusing on the unsatisfactory analysis from the other labs, with the goal being to accomplish verification of Ledoux's numbers. Who has decided where to focus this scrutiny? Management? Ledoux? Who?
