Only one problem I see with this:

"After reading Gaskins report, Netgrocer will make a great PAIRED TRADE for PPOD. Sell Netgrocer buy PPOD. I like it"

Why would one buy Netgrocer stock in the first place? :-/

But seriously, it remains to be seen whether or not Netgrocer is able to go through with their IPO. I would not at all be surprised if their IPO plans go down the drain just like WIRED Magazine's did. Although, to be fair, WIRED, in my opionion, was much more of a promising business than NetGrocer is.

WIRED's IPO failed, and they had to raise more money privately. Ultimately, the magazine had to be sold to Conde Nast.

Assuming NetGrocer manages to get an institutional roadshow scheduled,
what are the odds of a very negative or uninterested reaction from the institutions? I think the odds are very good.
