I agree, WFR forming the "base below the base" that often works for my "PSYCLE sm", so, yesterday, I added WFR again, around 9 3/4, with a close stop below, in my NL, as one of a bunch of "way too oversold on fear" depr. techs., for at least a technical bounce....the Q. is, can it get above 12. resistance or so ? will be in touch, best wishes,
