I think C-Cube is still buy back those bonds, but there is no way to confirm it. They took-out 700K shares, and over 20% of the bonds last Q. Accounting rules require that they use the average shares outstanding. My sense is that these bonds were bought in June, and C-Cube didn't get the the full 700k reduction. I'm using last Qs share count because there is a big chunk of exercisable options at $19+. If the September 30 closing price is above that, they will need to be counted, and would off-set any decrease in share count.
