Well, i'm in too now! This afternoon, i downloaded CUQ's annual report from SEDAR and went through it. After reading about their projects and works, i now feel more confident. Also, it's obvious that there was a typo in last FP500 regarding their 8-person staff. According to the annual report, there's between 100-150 full-time employees, and a lot more on non-regular basis. CUQ is also active not only in the Calgary area, but also in BC (Burnaby). Sounds good. Don't know what to expect from next Q2 but although there seems to have few interest on the buying side at this moment, i must admit that there is also few interest on the selling one...
