I'm a frech man trading thru e*trade,when I filled the form
and submitted it I had refusal due to my foreign status
Anyway can someone give me some tips about placing an order
on the 1st day or second? what price? what ticker?
will it be possible thru etrade?
(thanks for the answer I never been thru a US IPO before)
