OK, here are some answers to your questions.

1) Your answer is fine
2) Your answer is fine and about 4years
3) Your answer is fine
4) There are funds in place and committed for this venture.
5) Your answer is fine and also the fact that there is not anyone on
the
island that has the expertise that Global has.

Let me know if there is anything else and Thanks for being so patient.

Allysa,

I appreciate the response! I look forward to hearing from Gary
momentarily.

The following is excerpted from the original e-mail...

Bob Davis of the Napeague Letter (an online investment
newsletter)keeps asking a set of 5 questions in a posting to SI. (I
am a member of SI under the alias BigRedMan).
I have answered the questions to the best of my knowledge but would
like you to review and fill in the gaps.

1. What is the purported nature of the possible relationship between
GLOW and Dominica?
To license the software, set up the virtual casino, and provide
ongoing maintenance.

2. What "value-add" is GLOW bringing to the venture? What services
will it purportedly provide to the venture?
GLOW has been in the business of developing virtual casinos for ??
years. The services that will be delivered are initially the
sportsbook and bingo and ultimately a full online gaming casino.

3. What capabilities does GLOW need to carry out these services? Does
GLOW have these capabilities now?
The management and technical personnel to plan, develop, implement,
and maintain an online gaming casino. ??

4. What are the financial resources currently available to GLOW, and
are they adequate to fund this effort? ??

5. Why is the Government of Dominica dealing with GLOW when it appears
that there are intermediaries on Dominica which are in the business of
setting up virtual casinos on the island?
GLOW is the best fit for what the Goverment of Dominica is trying to
accomplish. The "intermediaries on Dominica" would be competitors.
Why would you solicit a competitor to build your product? GLOW's
location is not of significance in instant worldwide communications.

Thanks!
