What is the purported nature of the possible relationship between GLOW and Dominica? To license the software, set up the virtual casino, and provide ongoing maintenance. 2. What are the financial resources currently available to GLOW, and are they adequate to fund this effort? ?? 5. Why is the Government of Dominica dealing with GLOW when it appears that there are intermediaries on Dominica which are in the business of setting up virtual casinos on the island? GLOW is the best fit for what the Goverment of Dominica is trying to accomplish. The "intermediaries on Dominica" would be competitors. Why would you solicit a competitor to build your product? GLOW's location is not of significance in instant worldwide communications.
