Richard: Given that the company doesn't have a history of releasing bad news, that Dale would tell people he's gotten results back and will be releasing them shortly suggest that the numbers are favorable.

I believe some people are selling because there are no pilot plant test results despite the many weeks that have passed since the company was allowed to run the plant, suggesting that the pilot plant isn't working properly. Releasing more leach results, not pilot plant results, suggests pilot plant problems too.

Indeed, issuing preferred shares to current common shareholders causes dilution of common share value. Dale Runyon did tell me that the preferreds will have the same voting rights as the common (one preferred share = 1 voting right, just like common). I was confused by this, because usually preferreds have limited voting rights in return for dividend preference. Perhaps he'll clarify things for the special meeting.
