Symbol will be GCTY. Assuming you are able to place trades on E*Trade for other U.S. stocks, you should be able to buy first day once the market makers are ready, typically 12:00 noon to 1:00 EST, but pricing will be anyone's guess - whatever a seller is willing to sell their shares for. Once it's trading on the open market, you can definitely buy/sell using E*Trade.
