Russel 2000 went up about 2%, but so what. Look where its at and where its been. I don't know how you call the bear market in small stocks over based on one uptick. Just like I find it silly for folks to claim that the correction is over because we rallied one day. People sure get whipped up over practically nothing, BWDIK.
