I find it interesting that as the dollar weakened a few days ago, our market got hit. Last night, the dollar strengthened significantly and we rallied. This confirms my feeling that foreign buying and selling is influencing us and adding to volatility recently. Even Mary F. commented on this on Nightline last night.
I hate to disagree with Bonnie...I have been a fan for a LONG time....but, I think what the SOXX is telling us is that Asia will be turning soon. This would confirm what a few people I know in the semi biz are saying.

As ironic as it sounds now, I feel that as Asia turns it will start the inflation bug buzzing here in one hell of a hurry, which will end this bull for good in a more traditional vein. I know it looks tempting to play the depression thing. But I think if I have to play, I will play the odds.

I rec buying high growth that got rooted for no reason and playing the short term. I Bought WFMI today. Thing got hammered from 70to 35 for no reason. Big Article in Austin's paper today.

Stay Cool.
