Hello CPQer's. Its my first time to visit the other side. Mind you, I have no dislike for CPQ other than I bought a CDTV several years ago and it failed miserably. $1800 mistake on my part - but never again. Purchased a Dell Dimesion XPS R400.What a beauty!!
Ironic? Goldman buys 1,000,000 shares and upgrades CPQ hours later??
Guess it happens all the time.
By the way, it is rather perplexing why Dell did not participate in today's box maker rally. Many theories available. But dont worry about Dell. CPQ will get its $2-$3 pop for the upgrade. Dell will move $10-$25 in association with earnings Aug 18. Oh, we are all, in a sense, in the same boat as box makers, aren't we? If CPQ going up helps Dell, were all happy.Right???
