Mike: I am not fully informed about the financing, though I have previously scanned the latest 10-Q and other documents. These are easy to get to at the SEC's Edgar site (http//www.sec.gov). The product is apparently already developed. They also have patents which cover the voice encoding system and operating system for voice encoding. They have already been on the market with their first version of the voice recorder, though this is not perceived as a successful successful product. As you point out, there have been lower cost competitors, among other problems. The value of the company is in the ability to save to disk and transmit voice messages on-line. The issue now is one of promotion, marketing and cash flow to do same. I agree that valid revenue projections are needed to make a judgement. Steve
