GM, This rally in part also caused by a report from Europe which showed PC sales advanced at a 19% clip, versus 12% here. Note, this is from memory(CNBC) so the numbers may be slightly off. The jist of it was things were looking better than expected. Re: the Lehman assumption It's a sad commentary when using estimates given by brokerage houses warrants attack on SI. Nobody should have to justify their models for guesstimating future eps; only explain them. All this will do is drive people underground and take away from the push/pull dialogue until everyone on the thread is of like mind. BK
