Opinion well taken. However, what if the patent lies in that 1% of all patents that are worth something. I think TechSerach will at least do their homework before filing this lawsuit and there may be some ground for the ligitation. Enuf said.
When this whole ordeal comes to an end, I am sure these greedy people will say " Men, why don't we just admit the wrongdoings and work things out. Now, at the end, we lost not only the fortune but also the integrity. " Shame will live with them for the rest of their lives.
OH, Frank, you have not answered my question. Were you aware of this secret transaction when the IMS board decided to sell the patent to TechSearch last November? As you mentioned that it is a legal business decision, you should have no problem answering it.
