True. Once they pay for the cost of tooling for the .21um; like DUV steppers, STI CMP, etc. Then after the probe yield is above 30%, like now, and the probe-to-ship is above 75-80%. With the added cost of TI, and the re-tooling, in Italy it will be well into next year before the cost will beginning to yield profit. But it is there.

The silicon only costs now, I would guess, are about 7-8.50 then you have to add in overhead, etc.. There is still a way for them to go to reach a breakeven point. Remember this is week 2 of a "possible: raise in ASP's. Might be a little early. I think a lot will depend on how accurate the quarter is received by bankers and investors.
