Its doomed. Its doomed. Because it has never managed to grow its revenues in the past, it never will. ???!!! While there is actually some truth to the fact that past performance does indicate future performance, it is hardly a hard and fast rule.

Do you know what the word hyperbolic means? The point is that there are different time horizons, and over mine the present value is higher than 28. Given that there are different time horizons, it is pointless and ignorant to imply that anybody not happy about a buyout is stupid.
