Jonathan C...I was referring to those who still own stock, and haven't sold. If the Judge denied CAI to "extinguish" common stock, then those shares would go forward to the new "restructured" company...in some form, probably diluted.

Scott Schiller...Could you post the 10 or 12 points for Jonathan that I EMailed back to you? Those were very good points that you made.
