bald- I feel bad for you. I would never buy a stock at the high... always buy at the low.

for an IPO, you want to buy it when all the initial shares offered are all out. In COOL's case, it was 4 mil shares and traded 8.3 mil shares as of today- this is the buy point-to be safe- in my opinion.

I have used this method many times and found it to be very good.
