The OSX today started to meet my key buy signal of not going down on bad news, The fact that the OSX rallied strongly on bearish comments by prominent oil analysts could be signalling the end of the bear. One day does not a trend make, but every thousand mile journey must begin with a single step. If the OSX can continue to ignore bad news for a week or so, the bear will be dead and buried. Not to be replaced immediately by a roaring bull, but more likely a protracted base building process.
