No apologies necessary ... thank's for jogging me to action v... just got in from a very tiring trying trip. You can't believe the rail passenger problems down here ... and then a would-be-suicide-by-train really screwed up my day, and (I must admit) my mind as well. Didn't have time to all the checking I wanted to, but did independently verify what has been reported about Bud Skillern ... however, Mike is a different story. I'm trying to get in touch with the District Attorney who would have prosecuted the case. I could not find any information about Mike's involvement. I have a pretty full day tomorrow, but will keep trying. Also, I have been unable to obtain information concerning the patent or even a patent application in either the Biogenix or Cryogenic Solutions name. I'm trying to get an appointment with either Gibson or Skillern. I wish I had known the things Janice and some of you have stated when I saw Gibson a while back. Jisook (my wife) and I would have had a few very pointed questions ... and really have some for him now. Anyway, guess we got off to a little bit of a shaky start due to my ignorance of this field, but give me a little time and I'll at least be competent (I hope) and I do appreciate any and all information about playing this game. I think there are probably a few loose formulas that a person can use and make pretty good money. We are going to buy a couple of books on investing and especially on the penny stocks. I lived in Salt Lake City for four years and wish I had known about this then ... ha ha. Thanks again and I'll keep you informed of what I turn up here. Hogger
