Ricardo, I'm not knowledgeable with the form filing, agenda, etc. but my take on this is simple: ARET filed for a time extension due to changing to a new CPA(?) firm/individual (?). Seems reasonable on the surface to me. Does this suggest any type of a problem? Does any body know? Roger
