Tom - There isn't the money for a stock buyback. I've been in this company since 1992. One problem has been never adequately raising substancial capital with a short amount of stock issue. George has done a fabulous job. If you were around in 92 and looked at the company today you would see quite a difference. They just issued a private placement offering which hopefully will be the last. We definitly need a serious reverse split. Hopefully timed properly with a profitable couple of quarters could send it into nasdaq then through the roof.I didn't think things were ready untill this year when they worked out an agreement with IBM to assemble test and install the systems. I think they are probably trying to further that relationship which could benefit the company substantialy. What a lot of people don't realize is that the overhead in relationship to sales is high right now but as the sales increase the overhead will be hardly anything. If the agreement with I.B.M. had not happened we would have had to install service and sell every unit. Now someone else does all the work and the company benefits fully. They make money on the sale of the units. They make money on the fees from the trans-act device and they will eventually make it on the processing fees. They are looking at making money on advertising rev. and possibly selling with through the computers. The ingredients are there for a fantastic stock. I hope its sooner than later...
