All, (with JDN's permission) according to JDN, here is a description of the action apparently being taken by TAVA: "I just had a very nice conversation with Scott Liolos. He tells me everything is on track. He also told me that they have notified the SEC, the NASDAQ, their in house counsel as to the libelous statements being made by Bill Wexler and others on our thread. Scott assures me that their is ABSOLUTELY NO TRUTH to any of the comments being made. He asked me to send him some of the posts and I picked out two which I sent him." There are two of Mr. Wexler's post attached. In addition, there is an attempt (IMO) to invade Mr. Wexler's privacy and a libelous comment regarding Mr. Wexler. I have chosen to omit these because: 1) We are all familiar with Mr. Wexler's posts<g>. 2) Invasion of privacy is a serious issue. 3) I will not post a libelous comment regarding another poster ... even in a quote.
