Herbert: Low volume tells me most everyone is "standing pat" waiting on something of value to move the stock price. Something of value? Yah, like the announcement of p.o.'s. THAT'S value determining, eh? Still, I think Fred summed it up in past commentary when he made a general query asking about VLNC's potential value based on folks thoughts on a proper PE(remember the 'ol price earnings ratio as a formalizer of stock worth?). Should it be 8? Should it be 10? Should it be 20? Or higher? Therein lies the rub of determining VLNC value should they announce p.o.'s.

Bottom line? I'm running around trying to get the PE's of those companies selling Duracell, Eveready, et.al., to get a read on the potential worth VLNC can attain once they've announced p.o.'s....Ultimately me thinks the value is higher than it is currently, but we need clearance of those milestones to legitimize any calculation of valuation(how's that for corporate speak, ;-) ).

Regards!

John~
