HI DAVID ,

I'm new to cheap stocks . Been in them for about 4 years now and have found that Market Makers and others who can afford to buy a large amount trade the stock regularly. For instance you can buy 10,000 shares of Pacer for $12,500 plus broker fee. If the stock goes to $1.50 these guys sell and take the $2,500 profit . The stock drops down again and they buy back the shares.

I can neither afford 10,000 shares or am willing to trade. I buy my positions a bit at a time and hold for the long term.

Also as far as Pacer we had management selling . That hurts. When the co. shows the Cook & Bates business mixed in with Pacer and the revenues go thru the 50 mill. and the income goes to .20 a share we will see more investors. IMO. Pacer is a solid co. with increased sales and earnings . As it keeps going up some Big Boys will get interested. Maybe even get taken out down the line . All in time. All in time.

YOUR THOUGHTS

FRANK
