Mr. Muir,
I called Watts Griffis to check on the information about Indonesia. They are not impressed with you (not a good rapport), as they claim you owe them money from Indonesia and have not payed them. Are they someone you have counted as owing money to from Indonesia? Do you owe more than $140,000 from the Indonesia venture? I think the Watts Griffis people laughing when I brought up the possibility of you having anything there. It seems, in spite of your claims to the contrary that you have nothing in Indonesia, no property, no VALID claim, and no hope of getting anything there.
You twisted the information about owing money in Indonesia just enough to make it look like you answered it honestly. What the statement was is not what you answered, as the defining difference is "from their Indonesia venture" versus what you twisted it to be "we owe less than 25,000 in Indonesia".
In response to your claim that you have good rapport with anyone who you owe money to, I will refer you and others to Watts Griffis & McQuat Ltd. It sounds like they know of others you have not paid and who are NOT on good terms with you.
You still make it sound like you have a part in running production at the mine. Unless I am mistaken, the company Minera Humaya has full control over the mine and production, at this time.
-Do you control mine production? -Do you receive any money from production at this time? -Who from Panther is directing production at the mill? -Which three countries do you have active exploration in? -What 100 people are you claiming? -You claim that you have four successful companies in your past. Would you please list each one by name and their present status. -Please list any companies you are involved in financially or legally by name.
I was wrong on the company registered in the Caymens, I stand corrected. How many companies are you, Mr. Muir, and Ms. Perfect involved in which are registered in the Bahamas (be careful how you answer this one)?
It does not sit well, when you will not give me a means of contacting a former director. Why don't you want him contacted? What is he hiding?
You are correct about all of us have some failures. The point is twofold: 1. Most of us don't claim success from our failures as you have with four successful companies. 2. Most of us do not walk away from our mistakes with 5 million dollars to invest in another company, as we let shareholders go down the tubes.
In response to my trying to discredit the company, I am trying to get information and get honest answers from you. A good company has strong management who will give shareholders straight answers. So far, your responses have not been encouraging. |
