Spoken like a man who bought in the 70s. <g>

Couldn't resist.

I (try) to never buy momentum really high. McAfee in the 70s last year was classic Mo Mo, seems to me.

I am, alas, sometimes guilty of continuting to hold mo mo, if it seems rather blue chip, after its gone really high. Dell, e.g., still holding. Taxes and all that. Not always wise in hindsight. If one assumes near perfect decisions, not made, on sell, and repurchase. Usually wise if stable and deep profits. My experience.

But to buy in there? Nope. Why? Cause there's a really good chance it will correct to lower. Which doesn't make it if you have 80% gains and have 1 month to go to LTCG. But on buy in??? Super.
