For anyone interested.

On July 17th I wrote Noble China and asked a few questions. On July 30th Mr. Robert Vaux wrote back with these answers.

Q1. Has there been any talks with the Northern Breweries yet in attempt to regain control of those interests and if not are there and talks scheduled?

A1. There have been meetings with the Northern Breweries and further meetings are planned. While the meetings to date have been encouraging, it is still unclear what the outcome will be.

Q2. Will the company be looking at investing in other breweries in other regions.( Outside China )?

A2. No

Q3. Does the company anticipate paying dividends at some point this year or next?

A3. No

Q4. What specifically is being done to enhance shareholder value. The earnings are increasing but on reduced revenues. This everyone knows will not last forever?

A4. (a) We are working to enhance the competitive position, profitability, and value of the Zhaoquing joint venture.

(b) We are working to resolve the problems with the Northern Breweries.

(c) We will have discussions with strategic partners to strengthen the Company's competitive position in China and surface value.

Comments anyone?

Mario.
