When was the news announced?

I'm not sure about Orkit's GTE contract, but the FCC decision won't affect the CLEC side, but the ILEC. This is great news for DSL players banking on full blown ADSL contracts. The biggest hurdle has just come tumbling down.

We should all be celebrating!
