Yes - If they can pay a basketball player 70 million over ten years, we certainly can afford a high end CEO with a proven track record....Well worth the investment! An incentive bonus structure is always my favorite. I refer you to my top 100 list. Remember, if there are major management restructuring, it will take up to 18 months for the new changes to impact earnings. It looks as though the Marketing Group may need some organizational changes but it appears to me that Frankenberg completed sucessfully most or the other administrative and technical (ie. product development) changes. We should know who our new CEO is within 90 days. EKS
