Dr Jay, The filing simply states that there is no material change in earnings or fiscal result compared to the year prior filing. Looks to be status quo from here. The more I watch the trading on this stock the more convinced I am that there is a floorless conversion taking place. Even a stock at .015 to .020 has to have a upside on 4 million shares traded. This is not mere shuffling between MM's "getting ready for the big run" One way for us to find this out is to stop trading this thing for the lousey 1/2 cent daily and see what happens to the volume. If someone is converting then they will have no one to sell to. Ken
