Bob, By "buggy whip" I meant antiquated. 19th century system trying to function in a technoworld. Perhaps I incorrectly deduced that you condone lying. News media definitely does; finally they are getting some sunlight; today another columnist caught. 89% voted for Dems; why , because they control the journalism departments at universities where students are indoctrinated early. Can't you see the double standard they espouse? Gingrich has to pay back his investigation over a book deal. Packwood forced to quit over sex; don't remember if he lied. I believe Clinton with the medias help at portraying this as only about sex could get away with almost anything. Of course with Packwood sex was enough. With Clinton, sex, perjury, [ fill in the blank], not enough. Media puts him on pedestal. Didn't miss Packwood and wouldn't miss Clinton. We have many talented people in all stripes ; that is why we should not tolerate this type of behavior from ANYONE. What if IBM knew you were having sex in your office? Your job safe? Clinton or any Prez can check into a motel for sex if they can't stand the wife. Internet stealing the thunder of the Rather's and Rivera's. Viewership declining; good. My own opinion is that our judicial system is floundering because truth is no longer a component adhered to by attorneys. Attorney general let,s 35 people flee the country rather than investigate the Chinese connection. If politics now controls the legal system to the point that principle no longer matters; they will find many more Americans willing to emulate the Supreme Liar Clinton. Can you see that there are charismatic liars, just as dangerous as the religous fundamentalists, who are not Right Wing? Maybe we should just do away with any investigations and have the polls take over for us all. Again harken back to the 30's. How wrong the polls were then in Germany. Regards, Anyer
