Tim,

I am bound by my word but it is obvious that I know who has stepped forward and who hasn't. There is no excuse for anyone not wishing to participate in this effort if they still hold shares. None, zilch, zero, zip, nada. To turn your back on fellow share holders and to simply watch a stock go into oblivion(sp?) without the truth being known is not an option.
