In fact, Ancil, they have to fill it out 10 days after the end of the month. The new board would have had to file by now, since they were elected in June. Granted, we still have a few days for July's trades to show up. Wanna bet what Aug 10th shows us? For everyone's education, I refer you to: qp.gov.bc.ca the relevant portion of the Securities Act. Go about halfway down to see the Insider reports section. For the record, I bear you no ill will. However, I feel it is unwise for any of us to be making wild assumptions about the status of a company, and equally unwise to blindly accept the statements of an IR person. As I'm sure you will agree, many rash predictions have been made both here and on the DAY thread. Perhaps some degree of discretion is in order. Time will tell... Geoff
