JPR, Hi!!! <<You have been a constant source of strength for the weak, the confused, & the vacillating kind.>> Thanks for the kind words....it isn't hard for me to see things in this perspective....I just feel fortunate that I started lurking on this thread almost from the inception....buying Dell in 3/96 set the stage for my interest in this subject...but, I owe all of my confidence to the people on this thread that have lead me to understand the strength of Dell...I guess that is what IMO makes this such an incredible family....if you were in Austin you would understand...it was heart warming and a remarkable experience...I never knew I had that many relatives...at least ones that I liked <<gg>>.......And, what we saw...oooooooohhhhhh........please don't be critical of my constant boasting of the physical aspects of Dell's future... I just can't stop visualizing what they can do with the acreage they are developing...put Michael's dream of Virtual Integration with all that expansion....hey, I wasn't the guy to cheat off of in school....but, I sure know a winner when I see it...
